1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using The Worship Bible App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
The Worship Bible App is a premium audio Bible streaming service that provides access to the entire Bible in audio format. Content is available through a paid membership subscription.
3. Account Registration
To access the app you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Membership Plans and Billing
We offer the following membership plans:
∙ Single Plan: $1.99 per month — 1 device
∙ Family Plan: $7.99 per month — up to 5 devices
∙ Additional Device: $1.99 per month per extra device added to a Family Plan
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Free Preview
Non-members may listen to a 30 second preview of any track. After 30 seconds audio pauses and a membership prompt appears. No content is available for free beyond the 30 second preview.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Membership section of the app or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Voluntary support payments and tips are non-refundable.
7. Device Limits
Single Plan members may use the app on 1 device at a time. Family Plan members may use the app on up to 5 devices simultaneously. Additional devices may be added for $1.99 per month each. We reserve the right to revoke access if device limits are exceeded or accounts are shared in violation of these terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
∙ Share your account credentials with others outside your membership plan
∙ Attempt to capture, download, or redistribute audio content
∙ Reverse engineer or tamper with the app
∙ Use the app for any unlawful purpose
∙ Attempt to bypass membership restrictions or security measures
∙ Use automated tools or bots to access the app
9. Content
All audio Bible content provided through the app is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any content from the app. Downloaded content for offline listening is encrypted and tied to your account — it may not be transferred or shared.
10. Listening Groups
Listening Groups are a social feature that allows members to connect and share listening activity. By participating in a group you agree to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any user from a group or terminate any group that violates these terms. Group messages may be reviewed if reported for abuse.
11. Giving and Tips
The app provides an optional giving feature to support the mission. All giving payments are voluntary and non-refundable. Giving does not affect your membership status or access to content.
12. Intellectual Property
The Worship Bible App name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our branding without written permission.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. We are not responsible for any interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
